As a Presales Solution Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in the sales process by combining technical expertise with sales acumen. You will collaborate with the sales team, customers, and internal product experts to understand customer requirements and present solutions that meet their needs. Your ability to communicate complex technical information clearly and persuasively is essential for this role. The ultimate goal is to drive revenue growth by effectively presenting and selling our solutions.

Job Description
  1. Solution Development: Collaborate with product development, sales, professional service, and other teams to create customized solutions that meet customer needs.
  2. Customer Needs Assessment: Conduct in-depth consultations with potential clients to understand their business requirements, challenges, and objectives.
  3. Technical Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of the company’s products and services to effectively present and demonstrate their value to customers and stay up-to-date the new technology and trends e.g. Modernize application development, AI, Decarbonization, etc.
  4. Proposal Creation: Create and tailor proposals, presentations, and technical documentation to showcase the benefits of our solutions, addressing specific client pain points.
  5. Solution Demos: Conduct live or remote product demonstrations to showcase the capabilities and features of our solutions.
  6. Sales Support: Work closely with the sales team to provide technical expertise and support during the sales process, including pricing, scope of work or technical negotiations, and closing deals.
  7. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various internal departments, such as marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  8. Market Feedback: Provide feedback from customer interactions to assist in product development and improvement.
Qualifications
  • Customer-centric mindset and the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business).
  • 2+ years of experience in a presales or technical sales role.
  • Knowledge of modernizing application design and development, agile concept, cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP), API, database, data communication, and network.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (Thai and English).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and presentations as needed.
