Job Description
- Assist lead of transformation on summarizing concepts and creating presentations or documentation accordingly
- Act as point of contact between different departments within the company and relevant third parties
- Assists or lead in training, meetings or workshops as required
- Communicate strategies and objectives with relevant departments and colleagues
- Understand current state and required steps to transition users to new tools
- Continually look for opportunities to innovate and improve people, culture and processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 year of experiences
- Some experience with Agile, Transformation, Design Thinking would be an advantage
- Fluent in Thai and English
- Good presentation skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Pragmatic and self-driven
