Developer Support Engineer

Job Highlights
  • Perform as 2nd Tier support when the operation support team has escalated.
  • Provide answers and consultations to users regarding system usage through various channels of Group Support, in collaboration with the operation support team.
  • Investigate and identify the root cause of various problems reported by users in the system.
  • Fix hotfixes, bugs, and other issues reported by users in the system according to the company’s SLA.
  • Communicate, follow up, verify, and explain work details to the Developer team.
Job Description
  • Perform as 2nd Tier support when the operation support team has escalated.
  • Provide answers and consultations to users regarding system usage through various channels of Group Support, in collaboration with the operation support team.
  • Investigate and identify the root cause of various problems reported by users in the system.
  • Fix hotfixes, bugs, and other issues reported by users in the system according to the company’s SLA.
  • Communicate, follow up, verify, and explain work details to the Developer team.
Qualifications
  • Ability to work collaboratively and take responsibility.
  • Experience working with UNIX or LINUX operating systems and basic Shell Script writing skills.
  • Expertise in Python, Django framework,  Java, and .NET core (Backend).
  • Experience with Angular, React, and Nodejs (Frontend) is a plus.
  • At least 3 years of experience in system development using Python, experience with Django is a plus (Backend).
  • Experience with SQL or PostgreSQL.
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
